Commerce Policy

Items that are bought and sold on CuddleShare must comply with our Commerce Policies and our Community Guidelines. Buyers and Sellers are also responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not comply with our policies will result in the removal of listings and other contents, suspension or termination of access to CuddleShare commerce surfaces or features. If you repeatedly post content that violate our policies, we may take more serious actions on your account – we have the right to deny, approve or remove any listings for any reason at any time, at our sole discretion.

Appeal

If you feel your listing that has been rejected for violating our Commerce policy was a mistake, you can request a review on our Contact Us  page.

Prohibited Content

Buying or Selling of the following is prohibited on CuddleShare commerce surface and features.

  1. Commerce listings must not violate our Community Guidelines .
  2. Adult Content: Listing may not promote the buying, selling or use of adult products.
  3. Bodily Fluids: Listing may not promote the buying or selling of human fluids (e.g., breast milk, placenta, among others).
  4. Electronic Media: Listing may not promote the buying or selling of devices that facilitate streaming inappropriate content in an unauthorised manner.
  5. Discrimination: Listings and commerce messenger threads must not wrongfully discriminate or suggest a preference for or against people because of a personal characteristic, included but not limited to, race, ethnicity, colour, national origin, citizenship, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, family status, marital status, disability, or medical or genetic condition. Listings must comply with all applicable laws prohibiting discrimination.
  6. Documents: Listings may not promote the buying or selling of real or fake documents (e.g., certificates)
  7. Hazardous Goods & Materials: Listings may not endorse the buying or selling of hazardous supplies and materials.
  8. Human abuse and sexual services: Listings may not advertise any type of sexual services, human trafficking, or prostitution.
  9. Ingestible supplements: Listings may not advertise the buying or selling of ingestible supplements.
  10. Jobs: Listings may not promote job opportunities (e.g., baby sitting, nannies, carer, Au pair, etc). This prohibition includes job opportunities that are misleading or fraudulent.
  11. Animal Commodities: Listings may not advertise the buying or selling of animals or animal parts.
  12. Medical & Healthcare Supplies: Listings may not advertise medical and healthcare products and services, including medical devices.
  13. Disingenuous, violent or hateful items: Listing may not contain deceptive, violent or hateful items.
  14. Prescription drugs or drug paraphernalia: Listings must not advertise the sale or purchase of drugs, prescription items, or drug-related accessories.
  15. Call back Products: Listings may not advertise the buying or selling of recalled items.
  16. Services: Services may not be listed.
  17. Stolen goods: Listings may not advertise the buying or selling of items that have been stolen.
  18. Third-party infringement: Listings must not include items that violates third-party intellectual property rights, such as copyrights or trademarks. This includes promoting or selling counterfeit items designed to mimic another company’s products or trademarks.
  19. Used Cosmetics: Listings must not advertise the sale of used cosmetics (especially for babies or children) or items not in their original packaging.
